Ban all forms of smoking in private dwellings. Smoking should only be outdoors.

What the petition asks
The government should pass a law which bans smoking in private dwellings as they did for public places. If a person lives alone in a private dwelling which is a detached building then an exemption clause could be made for such a smoker.
This could prevent thousands from suffering with health issues as a result of second hand smoke, which can have fatal consequences. This could save the NHS a lot of money especially in these uncertain times. Also, many lives could be saved and fewer people left susceptible to respiratory disorders at a time when we are experiencing a respiratory disease without cure.
