What the petition asks
During COVID-19 students have been forced to work from home, and study online when possible, in an attempt to stop the spread of the virus.
Students have seen their studies heavily impacted, and have been unable to use key facilities they pay for, such as libraries, student unions, and IT suites.
Students have seen their studies heavily impacted, and have been unable to use key facilities they pay for, such as libraries, student unions, and IT suites.
Students who may be temporarily incapacitated because of the virus are unable to study and have seen no financial relief from tuition fees.
Those who are fortunate enough to be fit and healthy are also seeing their studies impacted through the uncertainty of when academia will return to normality.
It is unjust to leave students with no support financial support during this time.
Stand with us and support students.
