Close down Hollyrood and Bute house in Scotland as a Devolved Administration as part of the UK Government this organisation is not functioning for the benefit of Scotland!
The Scottish Devolved Administration is acting as if it is an Independent Government. The financial and administrative conduct of the Administration is not being conducted for the benefit of the Scottish people!
