What the petition asks
We want the Government to ban the use of tear gas and rubber bullets in the UK.
With the ongoing protests in the United States we've seen the harm tear gas and rubber bullets can do. We believe they are inhumane and must be banned in the UK. Tear gas is illegal to use in war, yet its used domestically. Rubber bullets can cost people their eyes, these are certainly not "non-lethal" weapons.
