What the petition asks

To put an age restriction on the sale and usage of disposable barbecues to protect our fire service, residents and the natural habitat.

Moorland and forest fires have increased recently due to improper usage of disposable barbecues used by youths. This has caused extra pressure on our fire service and their resources and hundreds of acres of natural habitats have subsequently been damaged.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
