What the petition asks

Put in place all the above mentioned to reduce crime of bike theft and stimulate cycling and bike industry.
Make a law to force:
- compulsory slot of frame number online for ads
- compulsory data transfer of ownership online
- compulsory gps system inside bike frame sold from 2022 online

Too many bike theft in Uk put a heavy load on police force that is not able to deal with every demand.
- stimulate bike industry by making people confident in ownership of bikes
- battle carbon fuel
