Make it a criminal offence with the minimum sentence of 2yrs in prison
All to often people whilst protesting seem to think desiccating war memorial is acceptable and all to often they are an easy target, most veterans and citizens feel the same and want it to stop.
Many have lost brothers, sisters, son, daughters, friends etc.
All in the name of peace, civil rights, equality and freedom to express your views.
