Re-assess police restraining techniques and build a robust recruitment process.

What the petition asks
I feel HMG needs to assure the public by re-assessing police restraining techniques and implement new techniques which do not allow police officers to be responsible for ones death. There is a lack of infrastructure in the police service to date and would suggest to implement changes A.S.A.P.
All lives matter! But until Black lives Matter all lives matter is just an aspiration!
There should be a very robust structure in place for police officers from the start of their career to the end of their career. Record how they feel after each day, are they showing signs of racism, aggression or any mental unstability etc and avoid allowing them to serve as it defeats the idea of a service which is in place to protect the public.
