Add on option on Ballot Slips to vote for “none of the above"

What the petition asks
At the last general election alliances were formed reducing the ability for voters to cast a vote for their preferred party. In elections voters may not have a Political party with a manifesto they can vote for and their vote is wasted.
Currently any marking on UK ballot papers that doesn’t constitute a vote in a box is classed as a ruined paper.
Sitting governments and opposition parties should have an awareness of how many people didn’t vote because they feel disenfranchised.
Introducing this option gives this proportion of the electorate a voice that must be acknowledged
Clearly some ballot papers would still be classed as spoiled and declaration of these should continue as previous.
