What the petition asks
The Government and House of Commons should respond to and debate petitions started on other petitions websites, where these relates to the UK.
Petitions on other sites that reach the thresholds where e-petitions started on the Government and House of Common’s petitions site are responded to or considered for debate, should receive responses from the Government and be considered for debate by the House of Commons in the same way.
We believe that not responding to or debating petitions started on other websites is undemocratic, and restricts opportunities for members of the public to secure social change.
