1. Increase Nurse Pay in recognition of their value to society or tax break. (Include 111)
2. Give a Bonus To nhs111 and NHS Nurses For the extra work load, hard word and dedication.
3. Nurses are tired, instruct that nhs111 nurses, Nhs Nurses Get an extra paid week or two A/L.
4. Lives Saved

Corona Virus has put pressure on clinical staff at NHS111 as I’m sure it has in the hospitals. NHS111 have seen call volume increase to extremes from people worried, people with symptoms, mental health and dental help. You name it, NHS111 has covered it. It’s been a challenging time. It continues with much higher than normal call volume. We are all tired but will serve to the end. Our pay has not increased in 3 years at nhs111. We are tired extra A/L as a one off.
