What the petition asks

Ensure that democratic, reasoned and debated decisions are made and not a knee jerk reaction In response to demands of extremist organisations. Our history cannot be erased to satisfy a left wing supposedly political correct agenda.
In recent times it is becoming more and more common for major changes to be made on the whims of minority groups with complete disregard for the opinions of the majority, this is not how a democracy works.
