PLACE STATUES OF PEOPLE THAT HELPED THE BLACK LIVES MATTER MOVEMENT!

Take away these statues of people that glorify slavery and belittle black people. We need equality show who really helped. REPLACE THESE STATUES! Put ones up of the people that helped black people gain their rights.

Decisions about individual historical monuments, statues, plaques and street names are a matter for the local authority in which they are located and private landowners, not the UK Government or Parliament.

If you want to raise concerns about a particular historical monument or statue or request a new monument or statue you should contact your local authority about this.
