What the petition asks

I would like the government too make it illegal for the Desecration and removal of british historical monuments and statues.

I Believe that momuments and statures are a important part of our cultural heritage and history which defines us as a nation for good and bad on how far we have come.
These must be protected as a means of understanding the sacrifice that previous generations made for us in all endeavours for the benefit of us now.
