Black Caribbean boys’ attainment in London is lower on average than pupils from other ethnic backgrounds. The GLA’s 2017 Annual Education Report shows that 42% of black Caribbean boys in London achieved expected standards in reading, writing and maths at the end of KS2 in 2016.
While this is ahead of black Caribbean boys nationally, it puts them 17 percentage points behind the average for pupils in London (GLA 2017).

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a petition calling for the Government to require all trainee teachers to take unconscious bias training if that's what you would like to happen.
