Compulsory education on the differences between human hair in the National curriculum and guidance for employers is needed.
Discrimination is most likely due to lack of knowledge and ignorance towards the variety in human beings.

In the workplace training is needed on discrimination against black people as well as information regarding the nature of hair in all its varieties. Overall resulting in the understanding that there are different types of hair that act in different ways.
