What the petition asks

Address the comments made from 10 downing street that Boris Johnson wants to make it harder for transgender people to change their legal gender and therefore make the whole process of transitioning harder, despite the current procedures in place

To settle uncertainties within the transgender community and what else will happen in the LGBT community. Why have the comments been made and what will it actually include with a replacement plan highlighted to replace the current one, if there even is one? Also why has this been done during the COVID-19 pandemic even though the UN have warned countries not to as it would be shadowed which is not fair because not everyone will see what is happening?

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
