Grant children of a British parent indefinite leave.

What the petition asks
To grant children of a British citizen brought here indefinite leave rather than asking their parent to go and stay aboard with them which is against their wish.
Children of a British citizen brought here on visa as a kid should be granted indefinite leave to remain rather than separating them from their parents.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Children of British citizens may already be eligible for ILR or citizenship.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly in what circumstances what you would like the Government or Parliament to grant ILR, for example which circumstances are not already covered by the law.
