Petition · past parliament
Any foreign nationals that commit any crime in the UK should be deported.

What the petition asks
The law is full of loopholes, therefore we suggest that it should be simplified. By stating clearly and simply any crime committed by any foreign national will lead to deportation, regardless of the circumstances or the crime or the cost of the deportation.
It is clear that most of the serious crime committed by foreign nationals in the UK is committed by persons already known to the security services for minor crimes or infringements. This is unacceptable and is leading to the death of British citizens by known criminals.
Why it was rejected
The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
With a few exceptions, foreign criminals who commit serious offences must already be deported, so we're not sure what else you'd like to happen.
