Exempt pumping products from VAT and customs charges

What the petition asks

Baby formula products are VAT exempt, many mums in the UK can not breast feed for a number of reasons but due to the health benefits human milk can provide choose to express milk, the equipment to do this is costly for mums on maternity wages, many parts have to be brought from aboard. To encourage
more mums to be able to express if these products where VAT and customs exempt. The health benefits of breast milk also helps the NHS they totally outweigh giving formula as an alternative. Formula VAT free pumping equipment to give breast milk chargeable.
