Supply a secondary Covid 19 grant for all businesses that are last to open

What the petition asks
Businesses last to open are going to really struggle now especially with having to cover all bills on the business premises ontop of the added pressure of spending money to adhere to any covid guidelines required to be able to open, they need to think of a secondary grant for such businesses.
pure and simple for Business survival, so much money is going out and the businesses are allowed to open to recoup the expenses.
Without some assistance all the last businesses to open wont last the year.
Most grants have been used to fund the rental on the business properties aswell as Bills... for which its practically ran out.
Now its another month until it gets reviewed again so another month of outgoings and no incomings which cover the business.

Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
