Currently any NHS staff do not get interviewed by the police even if there's
Suspicious circumstances to which the
Person has died this is a danger to society

Make it compulsory for any person who
Passes away in any institution ( NHS / police custody / carehome )under suspicious circumstances
To be immediately interviewed by the police
And be investigated like anyone else would
Be in a murder investigation

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
