Extend the current help to buy scheme in England by one year.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I would like for the current help to buy scheme to be extended in England. There are a lot of people who have had their completion date pushed back due to COVID-19. This is through no fault of our own, and we need an extension on help to buy to be able to continue with the purchase of our homes.
Buy extending the current help to buy scheme all buyers who have applied and been accepted or have already exchanged contracts will still be able to complete the purchase of their house past the dead line in March 2021.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

You may wish to sign this petition calling for the same action: Extend the Help to Buy. Protect deposits for those over the new house cap.
