Stop the 33% downgrading of this years exam results

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

Reverse the downgrade of exam results by 33% of 2020 that will hugely impact the futures of many young people across the country that have worked hard for their predicted grades.
If teachers are not trusted to give their expert advice, then why are we trusting them with young people’s education. Many young people have worked so hard for these exams only for them to be cancelled, and they should be awarded fair results.

Why it was rejected

The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.

Since you started your petition the Government has announced that GCSE and A-level students will receive their centre assessment grades: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/gcse-and-a-level-students-to-receive-centre-assessment-grades
