What the petition asks
Any attack on an individual where the skull is attacked should be classed and judged as attempted murder in punishment and sentencing
Attackers who actively and purposeful stamp on or aim at a person's skull have the most likely outcome of brain or neural damaged. Leading do death, paralysis or brain damage. Any act of violence towards an individual in this manner must be classed as attempted murder
