Introduce a Tax on unhealthy food to subsidise healthy meals for school children

What the petition asks
Introduce a hypothecated tax onto extremely unhealthy / fast food as a subsidy for healthy meals for school children and moreover society as a whole.
Wealth inequality also exacerbates health inequality in society, the lower socio-economic class are adversely affected from health poverty. Healthy food is often disproportionately expensive compared to high fat, high sugar, unhealthy alternatives. Having less wealth should never solidify bad health.
