Recognise race hate crimes against white people

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

The religious and race hate laws are applicable to all races however there are numerous instances of race hate crimes on social media and other wwbsites against the white population that are ignored by the police.
We need the police to take racism against white people as seriously as they do for ALL other races.
At no point does the law exclude white people from being victims of race hate and therefore complaints should be taken as seriously and dealt with in exactly the same way as any other race hate crimes.
It is racist to ignore race gate crimes against white people and is setting a dangerous precedent where other races can racially abuse white people with no consequences.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Race hate crimes are already illegal. Polciing and prosecution decisions are operational decisions for the police and the CPS.

If you think that a crime has been committed, you should contact the police here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
