Let childminders have their grandchildren with government funding.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I think it’s so unfair that childminders who have grandchildren aren’t allowed to have their grandchild with the government funding. I want this to change!!
So I’m a mother of 2! One of which will be starting nursery this year! But because the rules are that childminders are not allowed to have their grandchild which the government funding? Why?? My mum is a fully qualified and ofsted registered childminder! I’d love my boy to be able to go to their nanny but because of this rule I’m having to find a nursery :( this makes me sad! As he adores his nan! But obviously because if my mum was to take him on for free she’d loose a space and money!

Why it was rejected
