Postgraduates who never received Student Loan to be able apply for Student loan
Rejected

What the petition asks
Student loan service doesn’t allowed students with a postgraduate title to apply for loan,no matter if they never received one.Students that self-fund their studies should be eligible to do apply for a loan if they want to do another course. It’s unfair to be exempted when nonUK residents can do it.
Parliament and Department of Education decide who are eligible for Student loan and they have exempt postgraduate graduates who have self-funded their previous studies. They should get the opportunity to apply for a Student loan if they want start another course that help them professionally
