What the petition asks
Bring the BBC into the competitive TV market along with all other channels which do not require a licence to view. Also those that get away with not paying will have to pay via subscription like everyone else who wants to watch it
Debate this in Parliament in order to stop the licence fee that millions of people do not pay and get away with it at the moment.
