Reinstate the free TV license for all over 75’s in perpetuity

What the petition asks
The BBC have announced their intention of revoking the free TV license for over 75’s after the two month delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic but the overwhelming majority of people in the UK believe that as we have one of the lowest state pensions in Europe, over 75’s deserve this concession.
Government have a responsibility to care for the most vulnerable in our society and as a small gesture of respect for our elderly people they should ensure that they all enjoy this benefit in lieu of the contribution they have made to society throughout their lives
