mental health is a very common diagnosis in the 21sr generation of adults ages from 18 to 30 whom are suffering from mental health issues that do not stop them having the abilities to parent there children we want this to stop and previous court preceding cases investigated

We understand that you are concerned about how social services handle cases where a parent has mental health problems, but we can only accept petitions that request a specific action by the Government, and it is not clear exactly what action you want the Government to take.

A council can only apply for a care order if it believes a child is suffering or at risk of suffering significant harm, and care orders are made by the courts, which are independent of the Government and House of Commons. Because we're not sure exactly what action you want the Government to take I'm afraid we can't accept your petition.
