Introduce free mental health medication for young adults under the age of 25

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

Money is tight when you are a young adult especially when you are having to pay for medication to make you function ‘normal’ in society, this extremely hard to manage when you are on such a low income already. Making this medication free on the NHS would free up stress and money worries
50% Of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 24. This is a massive percentage to say we are the future generation. By making mental health medication become free on the NHS would relieve a massive pressure on young adults and would relieve some of enormous money worries most young adults see day to day with cars, housing, insurance, food and needed medication etc.
