What the petition asks
People who sign up on social media must confirm there identity with a valid form of ID and a bank statement/council bill dated in the last 3 months.
People under 16 can register using parents consent (IDENTITY) who will accept liability for there actions should they torment, abuse others.

Too many people are subject to abuse, and hate through fake accounts where it is too easy to set up. Identity will expose bully’s and this will reduce cyber bullying. This will stop racist abuse. Trolling and social media bullying.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
