What the petition asks

Stop terrorists being allowed to return to the UK once they have left and joined a terrorist organisation by setting this in law.

These people are a danger to us and our British way of life, we will hold to account those that are complicit in their return should anyone get injured or killed by these terrorists.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

The Government cannot deny a UK citizen with a passport entry into the country. However they do have the power to revoke that person's citizenship if it is deemed to be in the public interest and would not make them state-less, subject to due process.
