Pay rise for ALL NHS staff
Rejected

What the petition asks
Put plans in place for all NHS staff to receive a sufficient pay rise. If it can’t legally be completed now due to the ‘Agenda For Change’ policy then ensure they will be supported once that time has passed.
During the COVID-19 pandemic NHS staff have continued to go to work, putting themselves and their families at risk in order to ensure the safety of others.
For years NHS staff have taken pay cuts after seeing no change in pay despite inflation. The Agenda For Change policy saw a minimal rise in pay that still keeps them below that threshold.
It is now time for all NHS staff to be paid fairly for the service they provide.
