Extend pay gap reporting to smaller organisations and other characteristics

What the petition asks
We are calling upon the government to provide a Pay Gap Roadmap with clear steps for when organisations with 100 or more employees will be legally required to report on their gender and other pay gaps, including ethnicity, disability and all other characteristics protected by the Equality Act 2010.
The progress seen following the introduction of mandatory gender pay gap reporting for larger organisations, which encourages employers to take meaningful action to close their gap, should be extended to address inequalities and disparities in the wider workplace, i.e. across more organisations and other characteristics. We've had the Davies, Hampton-Alexander and McGregor-Smith reviews. We've had disparity audits, charters and consultations. We now want guidance for employers and legislation.
