Petition to remove Amy Lamé as Night Czar Role to be re-evaluated.

Rejected 22 signatures

What the petition asks

This petition is for the role to be abolished, or for Amy to be replaced with someone that will take a far more active role as a defender and supporter for nightlife as well as London’s music festivals and wider music scene, as a crucial and vibrant part of London’s arts and culture landscape.
Amy’s response to Covid-19 has been extremely disappointing, and has not inspired any confidence in why she receives a salary of £83,169. I have only seen Amy mention one venue gaining financial support; the Royal Vauxhall Tavern.

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.

We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for anyone to lose their job.

If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or the House of Commons, you could start a petition about that.
