Lift 14 day quarantine when returning to U.K. from spain

Lift the quarantine because Spain had done everything in there power to contain the Covid 19 pandemic by lockdown early and social distancing, wearing facmasks everywhere and separation squares on beaches. The Spanish government cannot do any more than there doing and Covid 19 is not going anywhere worldwide until we find a vaccine. Temperature checks and offering Covid 19 testing at the persons expense should be an alternative to quarantine. Most people cannot afford to quarantine and take the time off work .
