Allow us to change our outdoor seating time from the current time of 6pm to 8pm.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Allow us to extend our outdoor seating time to 8pm from the current time of 6pm in order to match our neighbouring businesses and make use of our outside space, especially during the current climate of covid-19.
So that we have the same times as our two neighbouring businesses that currently are allowed outdoor seating till at-least 8pm. Allow Customers to feel more comfortable in visiting us by allowing us to provide outside space to help avoid the spread of covid 19 as most of our customers feel more comfortable being outside in the open air.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Decisions about licences for outdoor seating are a matter for local authorities, not the Government or House of Commons.

If you want to change your licence you should contact your local authority.
