What the petition asks

It is well known that during the major vaccination programme some people will be harmed or even killed by the vaccine. Currently special public funds pays compensation to those affected. The WHO supports this model of taxpayer-funded damages for vaccine claimants.

In the last couple of decades most of the vaccine damages has been compensated from the Tax-payers funds. Most families are suffering because of these damages without enough help. This is not the people's or charity responsibility to pay for their mistakes.
The Law should be revised and make Big Pharma Firms pay for their mistakes again. This will force them to create safer products with less side effects and mortality rate.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

The Vaccine Damage Payment is not designed as an alternative to litigation and does not prejudice the right of the injured person to pursue a claim against the manufacturer of the vaccine for compensation.

If you want the Government to end the Vaccine Damage Payment system, so that people disabled as a result of a vaccine are not able to access a publicly funded payment, you could start a petition requesting this.
