Introduce Makaton/BSL into the national curriculum.

What the petition asks
I would like the government to introduce the teaching of Makaton and BSL into the national curriculum. I work with and know a lot of children who have difficulty communicating verbally and have started introducing makaton. It has helped them to understand and communicate with the people around them.
I believe that makaton and BSL have such a vital role to play in the support for children with speech difficulties and the wider community. If everyone learnt Makaton and/or BSL then there would be no barriers in communication.
