Make UK employers state on job ads that it's eligible for Tier 2 sponsorship

What the petition asks
To make it a mandatory requirement that all UK employers who hold a Tier 2 sponsorship license clearly state on their graduate level job descriptions whether a specific role can be sponsored for international students & graduates who want to apply.
International students and graduates are being unfortunately rejected when applying to the wrong roles for which they are ineligible as it is not stated by many UK employers advertising the position that they can sponsor the Tier 2 visa.
They are receiving rejections after spending hours on applications for which they will never be sponsored and should have the right to know before they apply to a specific vacancy.
This will help them save time by applying to suitable roles, and UK employers will be able to assess more relevant candidates.
