Stop plans to build large row of flats on Beehive Lane communal area.

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

The operational director of housing informing us that they will build new flats opposite beehive court on beehive lane. The communal land is our garden and is where all of us come together as a community. We are signing against this and do not wish for new flats to be built opposite our homes.
1 It is a Fire and safety hazard with two properties being too close to eachother
2 We spend time as a community on this land
3 Our children play on this small area
4 Very little space here even less space will cause a crowded neighbourhood
5 Noise and building work disruption
6 Reducing greenery and nature
7 Other areas in Redbridge have larger space to build on
8 It will increase crime and antisocial behaviour in area
9 We need investment in the current buildings that have existed for years
