What the petition asks
We want a mandatory custodial prison sentence for anyone who assaults emergency service personnel
Emergency service personnel deserve to work in a risk free environment without the fear of been assaulted, Police, Fire, Ambulance and other emergency workers should not be subjected to attacks and the government need to step up to protect them by making it a mandatory prison sentence for those who assault police fire and ambulance staff
