Put David Attenborough's face on the twenty pound notes before he dies!

Rejected 15 signatures

What the petition asks

I think, after all David Attenborough's great achievements, he should witness the countries gratitude by seeing an image of his own lovely face on the twenty pound notes. Will settle for a ten pound note but not a fifty (as I very rarely see them).
David Attenborough has dedicated his life to animals, the environment and the world and, as a result, he is a national treasure!

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Bank notes are the responsibility of the Bank of England, which is independent of the Government and Parliament.
