Remove quarantine requirements for passengers entering England from Canada

What the petition asks
Canada has significantly lower COVID infections than the UK. The infection rate is also much lower than many other countries exempt from quarantine restrictions. We ask the government to either remove quarantine requirements or explain why they are necessary.
