Review the car insurance industry with a view to reducing costs for motorists

What the petition asks
The Government should investigate how car insurance costs in the UK can be lowered. For many young drivers in the United Kingdom car insurance is often un-realistic and over priced.
The whole system is flawed and means many young people are unable to afford to purchase car insurance. Ultimately this increases the number of uninsured drivers on our roads.
By reviewing and seeking to reduce the cost of car insurance, the Government can enable motorists to secure car insurance at a fair price, and tackle the issue of uninsured drivers.
