Fund free Mental Health First Aider training for 1 adult in every school

What the petition asks
Suicide is the leading cause of death for those aged 5-19. In September our children are returning to school after lockdown. Their mental wellbeing has suffered a crucial blow during this time. Continuous support is needed for all our children and they deserve access to this at school.
Becoming a Mental Health First Aider costs money that not all schools have access to. A free course in this field given to every school will ensure our children have the ability to access the support they not only deserve but will undoubtedly need upon their return to school. Children’s well-being is at the core of a happy, healthy adult life.
