Enable private renters to be granted a mortgage from the banks

What the petition asks
More often than not as a private renter you are actually paying money per month than the average mortgage monthly amounts thus making the average household struggle to save enough money toward a big deposit or to build enough collateral to enquire about getting a mortgage through the banks,
I want Banks to enable private renters to have mortgage so that millions of people can finally get on the property ladder to own a home of their own,
If they can afford to pay more than your average monthly amount for rent then surely the banks can grant them a mortgage which on the UK average a mortgage is far cheaper than the average private rental monthly amount through estate agents / Private landlords
